Hi Nuno,
Yes, I tried with the GUI as well, specifying the same kickstart file and source. I was still guided through the entire installation process. Thanks for your suggestion though, any other ideas?

Once a tried to install a domU on a dom0 SL51 x86 using the virt-manager
(from the official repository), and in the final I was not able to

that the same program (command-line vs gui) had different outputs.
