Hello list,

are there any "ready-to-run" xen packages which support the e1000 nic in a hvm-DomU (for windows 2003).

I tried the xen3.2 packages from Ubuntu 8.04 but apparently the e1000-patch for the ioemu is not applied in thoes packages.

What's the least hassle to get e1000 working in a hvm-DomU? Does it work out of the box with the xen3.3-sources, or do I need to apply any patches (such as http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2008-02/msg00874.html) in order to get e1000-support?

TIA,

Joern
