Cool, you got me on the true way.
I just changed
/usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm'
to
/usr/lib64/xen/bin/qemu-dm'
And it started normally.
It is my first expirience with Linux in real conditions, thank you for
you attention, you did not provide a clear answer, but you really
helped me!
