You can run Linux on Mac hardware, and in theory run Mac OS X as a
virtualised guest under that, but I suspect that wasn't your aim ;-)
I've no idea what would be required to make it run, I believe (but
could well be wrong) that OS X uses the TPM module to ensure that it
is running on Apple hardware. I'd guess that you'd need to provide
transparent access to the TPM module for it to run instead of
accusing you of 'avvin a laugh, mate'.
