I had tried the GPL PV drivers a while back on a VM, and they're still
installed. Is it necessary to uninstall old drivers before upgrading
to new? Are there still instructions for manual uninstall available
somewhere? I tried installing the last release, and my VM
bluescreened on boot, but it's fine (if slow) booting without /GPLPV.

I'd love to try these on my VM, but it would be nice to have some kind
of README on install issues, the /GPLPV boot flag, etc. Maybe that
exists, I just don't know where to find it?

Thanks a ton for all your work on this, these drivers are sorely needed.

Regards,
        David
