The crash was caused by the GPLPV drivers failing to respond correctly
to an unusual (but not invalid) arrangement of buffers. Windows doesn't
appear to produce this combination (or at least it never has during my
testing) but obviously other software does. I'm sure Ghost wouldn't be
the only package to cause it.
