There's not an official paravirtualised FreeBSD 7 kernel.  There was one in 
development that there are snapshots for somewhere.  It was in FreeBSD's 
Perforce repository at some point, too.

That effort never got into the FreeBSD mainline so as far as I know FreeBSD 
running PV under Xen is not "supported"...  The old code may work and has 
been occasionally worked on since but I wouldn't expect that it's up to date.

If you Google for this, bear in mind that there was an old port of 5.3 to Xen 
2 but that this won't be able to run on Xen 3.

You should be able to run it in an HVM guest, though.
