"Near-native" was indeed a bit forthcoming. 

I'd expect it to have a performance comparable to vmware server - but I haven't 
benchmarked it yet.

I wouldn't use windows in a server role - ever. :-) 

I need the performance because several users have there "pc" as a domu on a 
single physical pc in a pc xen cluster. They connect to it using a network pc ( 
an HP T5000 ) over rdp. This reduces noise and heat production in the offices 
and as a bonus, they can connect to their desktop from their home.

For what its worth, I haven't heard my users complain about the performance of 
domu's running with ioemu.
