If /boot is a separate partition represented by (hd0,1), specifying 
/boot/xen.gz looks for the hypervisor at /boot/boot/xen.gz. So change 
them to /xen.gz, /vmlinuz-2.6-xen and /initrd.img-2.6.16.29-xen.
