Try running:
brctl show
What's the result?
Ok thank you.
I changed my xend-config.sxp and now I have a peth1 network interface. But I
don’t have any Internet connection now.
In Network Configuration I have:
Devices
                Peth1
                                X Controlled by Network Manager
X Activate device when computer starts
X Allow all users to enable and disable the
device
X Enable IPv6 configuration for this interface
                                No route
                                Hardware : Broadcom Tigon 3
                                X Bind to MAC Adress : <my MAC address>
Hardware
                Broadcom Tigon 3 Ethernet peth1
system
In Network Manager when I click on Auto Ethernet I get “The network connection
has been disconnected”
Cheers,
Florian.

Subject: Re: [Xen-users] No peth after installing Xen
Maybe Try changing
(network-script network-bridge)
to
(network-script 'network-bridge netdev=eth1')
in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp
?
Jett
Hi,
I installed Xen 3.1.2 on a Fedora Core 8 but it didn't add a peth network
interface. I'm running on the host machine with a eth1 which is strange. Does
anybody know how to create the peth1 interface? I tried to run a network-bridge
start and I get this :
[root@localhost ~]# /etc/xen/scripts/network-bridge start
Device "static" does not exist.
usage: ifdown <device name>
Device "static" does not exist.
Cannot find device "static"
SIOCGIFFLAGS: No such device
Cheers,
Florian.
