sorry I got it all wrong :-p it's the other way round! Your Xen dom0 
does not support domU-kernel with PAE support (you can see this at the 
little 'p' -> 'guest type xen-3.0-x86_32p not supported'). So you need a 
non-PAE Kernel in domU.
