Very simple idea: DNS reverse lookup problem?


If it is not DNS, please check:

When you ping dom0,
what is the percent of packet loss?

Also, what is the percent of packet loss
when you do ping flood (ping -f)?

And the same questions, about situation 
when you make ping out of dom0.
