Hi,

I see that you have same problem then I do.
2.6.24.2 Can't allocate more memory then 760Mb.
Is there some kind of bug going on over there? :)

That can't be the last line.
What is the last line?
Kernel boot's ok, but where does that die?

Or if that is last line then your distro has to be told it it uses hvc too.Check /etc/inittab and change tty1 to hvc0 and voila!
