Until James started a PV drivers for Windows project under the GPL there 
really were no PV Windows drivers available for Open Source Xen.  If you 
install XenExpress you can try the Windows driver pack which comes with that 
(which are the same as the XenEnterprise drivers because it's basically the 
same product).  You're then subject to the XenExpress license which may be 
too restrictive for what you want to do though.
