There is some kind of problem with the list that occurs when being knocked off (bounced) the list and attempting to get back onto the list. I think I am now back on. The resubscribe handler says it provides a verification number which it says is good for 3 days but the verification numbers are invalid almost immediately. Additionally, when trying to resubscribe the system will not let one resubscribe. Thank you to whoever got me back onto the list.
