The problem is that there are no Xen (Paravirtualized) drivers available for
windows that work with the opensource version of Xen..

At the moment the only solution is to run Virtual Iron, Xen Enterprise, or
Novell SLES, because there are optimized/paravirtualized drivers available
for them.
