Try installing the bin86 and bcc packages, then rebuild xen from sources.

Hi.
I installed Xen from source on my amd64 Debian system, but I don't
have the hvmloader required to create a Windows domU.
How I can compile and install it?
What is missing?

Thank you very much!
Bye.
