Supported Features to "Intel Virtualization Technology"... We ccan see:

SL8Q9	3.80 GHz	672	04B	800 MHz	90 nm	R0	2 MB	LGA775
SL8QB	3.60 GHz	662	04B	800 MHz	90 nm	R0	2 MB	LGA775
SL8UP	3.60 GHz	662	04A	800 MHz	90 nm	R0	2 MB	LGA775
SL9KG	3 GHz	631	06	800 MHz	65 nm	D0	2 MB	LGA775

And the Spec of 631 is the SL9KG and it has intel-VT support.... Something is strange....

Acoording to this information:

"Pentium 4 631" don't have VT.

And the Intel's document on page 9:
http://download.intel.com/design/Pentium4/datashts/30638203.pdf
says:

  (Pentium 4 processors 672 and 662 only)

So I think "Pentium 4 631" don't have that feature.
