Hi dears,
I wonder whether Xen support dynamic reation of VM. For example, from
one machine running Xen, I can create VM on any machine running Xen
in network (internet), and Does Xen have any tool to monitor ressource
disponible in machine physique, for example to decide whether it can
create VM or not?

Hope to recieve your reply
Thanks
