Aside from my personal objection that it's got Intel processor, I don't
see anything in the specs that says "this won't run Xen". 

It supports RedHat and SuSE Linux versions, so that's saying to me that
it should work fine with Xen. It is VERY rare that a machine that can
run Linux can't run Xen - it does happen, but I wouldn't think it's
likely in this case [it's usually on some pretty crappy motherboards
that have poor BIOS support for Linux-only BIOS calls]. I'd say there's
99% chance that this machine is fine.
