I'd like to know which solutions exists to : 1- limit the bandwidth available to a guest

use

vif = [ '<other vif opts>, rate=10MB/s' ]

to limit vif rate to 10 MByte(!!) per Sec.
KB/s limits to KByte/s

This worked pretty well in 3.0.3, did not test it again since then.
