Hi

Recently i installed Xen 3.1 on Gentoo. In dom0 everything is ok expect
network. Peth0 is not created by script network-bridge. The same with
eth0.

xen ~# ifconfig -a

Manual execution of network-bridge script does not help.

xen ~ # /etc/xen/scripts/network-bridge start
Device "eth0" does not exist.
Device "eth0" does not exist.
Device "eth0" does not exist.
Cannot find device "eth0"
SIOCGIFFLAGS: No such device

After restarting of xend service, in /var/log/messages appears:
Jun 5 12:56:40 xen BLKTAPCTRL[4677]: blktapctrl: v1.0.0
Jun 5 12:56:40 xen BLKTAPCTRL[4677]: Found driver: [raw image (aio)]

Jun 5 12:56:40 xen BLKTAPCTRL[4677]: /dev/xen/blktap0 device already exists

And the brctl show:
bridge name bridge id STP enabled interfaces
xenbr0 8000.000000000000 no

My system:
