hi,

I just have questions to the credit scheduler:

Two machines:

dom1 : weight: 256, cap: 50%
dom2 : weight: 512, cam: 0

If the dom2 doesn't use the full ressource, round about 20%, and dom1
gets some credits from dom2 that are not actually needed, what does
happen, when dom2 need the full CPU power?
