I don't know if this is possible in recent HVM builds, but You could
give it a try and use the same shortcuts as in qemu.
So ctrl-alt-1 and ctrl-alt-2 toggle between your guest and a minimal
cli.
you'll probably use
eject cdrom
change cdrom someother.iso
