Type #xm network-attach to dom0 will give all information.

Error: 'xm network-attach' requires between 1 and 10 arguments.
Usage: xm network-attach <Domain> [type=<type>] [mac=<mac>] [bridge=<bridge>] [ip=<ip>] [script=<script>] [backend=<BackDomain>] [vifname=<name>] [rate=<rate>] [model=<model>]

Create a new virtual network device.

xm network-attach <Domain> bridge=<bridge>

This will attach the network bridge to domain.

Thanks.
