Thanks Steve, I got the solution. The vnc-listen parameter will restrict which IPs can access
the server running on Dom0, right. "0.0.0.0" allows vnc
connections from any IP address. So just put " 0.0.0.0" as vnclisten has solved the problem.

list replies; often they show solutions :)
