Honestly, unless you're doing HPC work, it's highly you're going to  
need FAR MORE RAM to make use of those processors in any sort of  
meaningful way.
 Also, I'd set those RAIDs up in two disk RAID 1 pairs and use LVM to  
carve up portions of them for DomUs.
