But my guess is that problem is with
module /usr/lib/xorg/modules/libintxen.so. What is this module. Does it
come from xen or from X? If this is the problem, to what organisation
should I report this error, xen or Xorg?

Good detective work. Hopefully I am having the same problem. I'm back home
tomorrow, I'll see what I can find out then.

Does anyone have any updates on this? Even with the latest
kernel-xen-2.6.19-1.2911.6.5.fc6 kernel, the X server goes into a
compute-bound loop when it starts, which it does not do with the non-xen
FC6 kernel (kernel-2.6.19-1.2911.6.5.fc6). This problem exists even if
Xorg.conf is moved out of the way. It worked fine with the original FC6
xen kernel, but an update around the November time frame broke it. This
is a 32-bit AMD CPU with a G550 card.
