In Xen's 3.0 documentation is stated: "f you are running IO intensive tasks, its typically better to dedicate either a hyperthread or whole core to running domain 0, and hence pin other domains so that they can't use CPU 0." http://tx.downloads.xensource.com/downloads/docs/user/#SECTION03400000000000000000 I am mostly running web servers, so it's IO intensive. But I cannot find from the documentation how to actually accomplish this? From RHEL5-beta documentation I found xm commands how to accomplish this in running domains, but this should be set in the config file so we can do the pinning everytime the guest boots, right?
