[Xen-users] Rosetta stone of package names?

Hello to all.
This is (sort) of off topic. I'm looking for some kind of table that
correlates Debian -> Fedora -> CentOS package names (or more). To
compound that I'm looking for something relatively current.
This is extremely handy when making 1 thing to handle a task on all
guests, which is why this is also on topic.
Does such a magnificent work of art exist? If so, does someone have a
link?
I would very much like to put this data into sqlite and make a service
to query it.
Best,
--Tim
