[Xen-users] Solaris-Linux-Xen?
Before I waste too much time on this, has anyone actually got a Xen
system running with both Solaris 10 and one or more Linux flavours? I
don't care which OS goes in Dom0, and I'd prefer to run the guests fully
virtualised if possible. Ideally, I'd like to get a system that runs at
least Solaris 10, RHEL 4.4, and RH 7.2.
I've had a quick go at installing FC6 as Dom0, and then trying to
install Solaris 10, before finding out about the partition
incompatibility. A bit of Googling shows lots of other potential
problems, mostly related to UFS (FC6/x86_64 not supporting UFS by
default, Linux GRUB not supporting UFS, possible write problems when
mounting UFS on Linux, etc).
Thanks -
Evan
