[Xen-users] howto install from cd/network/image/foo with 3.03

I have to use SuSe 10.2 as Xen-hosts and i have to install SuSE-guests 
into them (Not my choice).
SuSE lacks the feature of bootstrapping into a directory.
And to my humble eyes lacks Xen 3.03 the documentation of how to boot 
from a cd-drive or image or something similiar.
And no, I dont can/wanna use YaST for the task of spawning new instances.
They can configure the an installation medium with YaST but i dont find 
out how they do it.
Can anybody please help me. And please dont point me to the source code 
of 3.03.
