RE: [Xen-users] AsteriskNow Xen Image
You might want to think about using an
rPath Dom0 then. I have had really good luck with rPath’s Xen stuff, really
bad luck trying to mix and match.

Subject: [Xen-users] AsteriskNow
Xen Image
Hi,
I've downloaded the AsteriskNow Xen image, which its build on rPath, and have
tried to make it work on Xen Express Server.
I have tried diferent ways, and its not working.
What i have now is the image dumped into a LVM and the config file is like
this:
name = 'asterisknow'
memory = '256'
vif = ['mac=00:13:D3:02:54:45,bridge=xenbr0']
disk = [
'phy:VG_XenStorage-27dd6fb2-273d-429e-8cd3-9f39575db970/asterisknow,xvda1,w' ]
bootloader="/usr/bin/pygrub"
when i do xen create i got this message:
Going to boot AsteriskNow Release Ayer (2.6.17.11-1.x86.i686.cmov)
Going to boot AsteriskNow Release Ayer (2.6.17.11-1.smp.x86.i686.cmov)
kernel: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17.11-1.x86.i686.cmov ro root=LABEL=/
initrd: /boot/initrd-2.6.17.11-1.x86.i686.cmov.img
Error: Building domain failed: ostype=linux dom=4 err=
And the log says (xend-debug.log):
ERROR: Unrecognized image format
ERROR: Error constructing guest OS
Any ideas what im doing wrong?
