Maybe check the whole compile output if there is some dependency error hiding somewhere - Xen can not exactly be said to have a decent dependency checking and good reporting of dependency problems to the user. It gets better, but in 3.0.2 it's possible still very bad. Maybe better ask on fedora-xen list, or at least search the archives there... Just curious: why do you want to use and old version?
