Sure thing.  You'll want the PAE version of the Xen on SuSE packages 
installed, since the precompiled RHEL kernels available are for PAE systems.

First off - do you have support for running fully virtualised guests on your 
system?  This would make the install procedure simpler because you could run 
the normal installer directly, then convert to paravirtualised operation if 
you wanted.  Look for mentions of "SVM" or "VMX" in your Xen boot output (get 
this using the "xm dmesg" command).

Scientific Linux is based on RedHat Enterprise, so you may be able to just 
install the RHEL 4.4 (assuming you're using SL4?) RPMs from 
http://www.xensource.com/download/index_3.0.4.html into your virtual machine 
in order to get the Xen kernel and libc.

We should be able to figure out an install method that'll suit your 
configuration - let us know!
