That information can be found in XenStore, or with 3.0.4 its also available
with 'xm list --long'. Also if you have libvirt, then virsh will tell
you what port regardless of Xen version:
# virsh dumpxml demo | grep graphics
<graphics type='vnc' port='5900' listen='0.0.0.0'/>
