Thanks a lot.... Finally I got the windows xp as a guest operating system on
top of XEN .
Oh i should have tried with different distro long back, i was just playing
around with FC6 since long and it was just giving nothing except errors....
So with OpenSuSE10.2 including its xen package, i installed windows with
zero error.
Thanks every one who replied to this thread and once again thanks to you
frank.
