I'm running a xen 3.0.2 on Dell 860 with xeon 3060 (Intel VT enabled).
The box is fast and it doen't seem to present any problem with linux and xen.

With HVM vms you have a serius problem with broadcom nics card. The
network doen't work on it :(
I'm working on this problem  without success (you can find a topic on
this list).

If you would buy a dell box I will recommend  to buy a intel pro1000
ethernet nic with the box.
