[Xen-users] CPU utilization in dual-processor/dual-core environment

Good Christmas morning all.

We're using Xen 3.02 via Gentoo. (about to update to 3.04)

When viewing CPU utilization in Dom0 via

  xm list -l
or
  xm top

Xen displays CPU utilization as CPU seconds and percentage. Are these  
a per-core or aggregate numbers? i.e. In a dual-processor/dual-core  
system, how many CPU seconds are available per wallclock second, 1, 2  
or 4, and how much percentage would be maximum, 100%, 200% or 400%?
