I get the following error while starting my guest OS;
 
....

My configuration;
 
        Dom0: FC6
        XEN: 3.0.3.1.rc3
        DomU: SLES 10 (PAE Kernel)
 
 
Intresting thing is my guest comes up just fine some times, Other times it just gets stuck with the above shell prompt.
I could not find any relavent google post or messages to this error.
 
My /var/log/xend.log messages are;
