SLES10 is installed from DVD, not CD-ROM. Any you can install it from DVD.
On the DVD there's also a manual with a chapter on XEN. Maybe not the best
manual,
but something to read.

What about manually mounting the DVD. Could it be you put a DVD in a CD drive?
