You should build the entire Xen system, or perhaps it will be sufficient
to do "export
XEN_ROOT=/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/xen-3.0.3-testing-local...." and then
do "make -C vnet-module all".

The former is known to work, the latter MAY work...
