Hi Fabian, ;-)

As far as I know is vcpus the value for the virtual cpus of each vm.
Default is 1. The cpus value allows XEN to use the cpus within the
hardware box. And "0" means Xen vcpus run on CPU0.

The difference exits because you are able to run a VM with up to 32
vcpus but only one "real" cpu in the box.

I don't know what happens if you set vcpus to "0". It doesn't make
sense...for me...
