Ravi,
please turn your html email function OFF - that's not good  on email lists!

For your problem, please search the Internet and the xen wiki for
tutorials - there are lots of them available on how to install domU's
and linked - so its superflous to mention them here  - then try to go
with one of them, and ask us if you run into problems.

For redhat 8 you probably need hvm (hardware virtualization), because
I am not sure if it runs in paravirtualized mode with the kernels
provided by Xen as it's a bit out of date.
