first, make sure IP forwarding is enabled on dom0:
echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
(usually this is somewhere on an initialisation script)
then add a route to make 10.2.0.9 a gateway to 10.10.0.0/29, either on each 
machine of the local LAN, or on the router used as "default gateway"
