[Xen-users] Xen 3.0.2 freezes on HP Proliant DL320 G3 server

I have a HP Proliant DL320 G3 server.

It freezes whenever I run Xen (3.0.2) on it, even without any domUs running.

When it freezes, it leaves no trace in the syslog (I only know when it 
froze, because logs end at a given time).
There is also nothing printed on the screen.
The cursor still blinks though.

I can't reproduce it, it happens randomly.
It seems to happen more often when we have more disk activity (like 
creating a several GB tar archive in dom0).
It does not happen when I run a non-Xen kernel.

Is there any way to debug this issue?
