[Xen-users] help Shrinking the size of Xen Domain-U

I have set up some xen Domains and I was wondering if there is an easy way to shrink the size of the domain, as I have allocated 30GB and now I have had  them running for a while I have only need for 10-15GB in each.

 

I have seen some instruction on how to increase the domain size, but is there a way to safely reduce the size of the domain, so I can reclaim HDD space
