Using an (almost) stock xen kernel, here are the modules that load
after xend starts:

I'm not sure about this one, but you may try :
#  echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
to activate ip forwarding.

I try to think of other network modules that may be necessary, but I
have most of them compiled in the kernel.
