Hi,
I got it working the following way:
1. Install Suse on logical volume (example: sda6).
2. Rewrite the bootloader for FC.
3. Mount Suse partition.
4. Copy xenU modules to Suse partition.
5. Copy xenU kernel to Suse partition.
6. Chroot into suse partition
7. Edit /etc/fstab.
8. Edit /etc/inittab.
9. Make initrd.
10. Leave chroot.
11. Copy Suse initrd to your desired place.
12. Umount Suse partition.
13. Setup your config for Suse domU.
Of course it's not the best way, but it worked for me.
There should be a nicer solution, but i don't know it :)
