I have xen 3.0.2-2 running (compiled from source) on a Dell server (PowerEdge 6650) with CentOS-4.3. As with all of our Dell servers we like to run the systems management agents (OMSA) to monitor for disk failure, temperatures, etc. The installation goes fine but when starting the agents this is the output:
Starting Systems Management Device Drivers:
Building dcdbas device driver using DKS: [ OK ]
Starting dcdbas device driver: [FAILED]
dcdbas device driver load failed for kernel 2.6.16-xen.
See /var/log/dcdbas.log for output from modprobe.
Starting OM Common Services: [ OK ]
Starting Secure Port Server: [ OK ]

I see that /var/log/dcdbas.log contains:
FATAL: Error inserting dcdbas (/lib/modules/2.6.16-xen/misc/dcdbas.ko): Unknown
symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)
FATAL: Error inserting dcdbas (/lib/modules/2.6.16-xen/misc/dcdbas.ko): Invalid
module format
FATAL: Error inserting dcdbas (/lib/modules/2.6.16-xen/misc/dcdbas.ko): Invalid
module format
FATAL: Error inserting dcdbas (/lib/modules/2.6.16-xen/misc/dcdbas.ko): Invalid
module format

The output from `dmesg` contains:
dcdbas: disagrees about version of symbol struct_module
...
dcdbas: module license 'unspecified' taints kernel.
dcdbas: Unknown symbol verify_area

Any guidance? I'd be surprised if I'm only SA who wants/needs to run OMSA on their Dell+Xen hardware!
